Ratnagiri : In a major digital push to enhance passenger convenience and reduce long queues at ticket counters, Konkan Railway has operationalized the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) facility at Ratnagiri Railway Station. Passengers can now instantly purchase Unreserved (General Class) tickets, Platform tickets, and renew Season Passes through this self-service kiosk.
Seamless Cashless Payments via UPI & Railway Wallet
Passengers no longer need to worry about exact change at booking counters. The upgraded ATVM kiosks feature dynamic QR Code generation, allowing passengers to pay directly using popular UPI apps like Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, and Paytm. Additionally, passengers can also book tickets using the traditional Railway Smart Card or R-Wallet.
