Ratnagiri : Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, who arrived for the Shiv Sankalp meeting being held at Rajapur in Ratnagiri Sindhudurg Lok Sabha constituency under the Shiv Sena’s state-wide Shiv Sankalp campaign on Monday, was received at the Ratnagiri airport by School Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar.
