Many students come from the remote areas of the surrounding villages to study at the New English School of the Sahyadri Educational Institution at Damame in the Dapoli taluka. On Saturday 16 December 2023, in a grand function organized on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the school, Shri. Due to the efforts of Tejas Dabhole, 32 bicycles were distributed free of charge to the needy students studying at Damame High School.
Damame High School’s parents have expressed their satisfaction as children who trek from far and remote areas get bicycles. Kaustubh Vankar, Prasad Dabhole, Rohan Kelskar, Omkar Khare, social workers from Dapoli, who preserve the social heritage, worked hard for this.
