Additional coaches to the long distance trains running through Konkan Railway

Ratnagiri : Railways have decided to add extra coaches to two long-distance trains on the Konkan Railway route due to the increase in congestion due to the winter tourist season.

In this regard, according to the information given by Konkan Railway, an extra sleeper coach will be added to the express train (20910) running between Porbandar to Kochuveli for the ferry on December 7, 2023 and for the ferry (20909) on the Kochuveli to Porbandar route on December 12.

Along with this, two extra sleeper class coaches will be added to Udhana to Mangaluru junction train special train (09057) on December 8 and Mangaluru to Udna special train (09058) on December 9, 2023.
