The bridge will bridge the gap between the Konkan region and Western Maharashtra, cutting down the travel distance between Khed and Mahabaleshwar by <strong>50 kilometers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bBypassing the Ambenali Ghat: Faster &amp; Safer Transit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, commuters traveling from Ratnagiri\/Khed to Mahabaleshwar have to take a long detour via Poladpur and navigate the treacherous turns of the Ambenali Ghat.
