This prestigious global summit will see the participation of over 9,000 delegates, including top employers, labor ministers, and workers&#8217; representatives from across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bIn a proud moment for India, Mahendrasheth Gharat\u2014President of the New Maritime and General Kamgar Sanghatana and National Secretary of INTUC\u2014has been officially selected to represent Indian laborers at this international platform with the approval of the Central Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bDemonstrating immense dedication to the labor movement, Gharat chose to set aside his own birthday celebrations on June 1 and departed for Geneva early on May 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bA Record of Global Representation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThis marks the second time Mahendrasheth Gharat has been chosen for this esteemed global conference, having previously represented India in 2018.
